Dr. Gupta utilises the latest techniques in prosthetic iris reconstruction. The newer iris implants create the most natural and realistic appearing iris and can be implanted though a small 3.2mm incision. This may be combined with novel techniques in cataract surgery and corneal transplant to allow for optimal visual rehabilitation of patients who have suffered from anterior segment damage through trauma, disease or congenital conditions such as Aniridia.
